Jackson "Jack" Douglas Jack is our latest joy - born June 2006. Almost a year old and is just now getting his dedicated webpage - oh, the shame. Jack definitely keeps us on our toes; he wants to do everything his big brother does so he has been pushing his development limits. At 10 months he is taking steps - full on walking, or wobbling, won't be long. Soon enough Jack will be running and playing ball with his big brother. Until then, we grit our teeth and muddle through the crawling, wobbling and everything in his mouth stage. Below are some pictures of Jack taken over the past 10 months. Jack and Andrew attend a child development center "at daddy's work". Yes, Doug's company is one of the progressive few to offer on-site child development. It is called the child development center because it's more than childcare. They offer mixed age preschool for kids 3 - 5y.o. Andrew loves it and true to form they have several technology-based experiments and activities. Jack experiences music, sensory learning, messy art and more.
In adition to all of Jack's busy coursework he sneaks in some playtime every now and then...
